Local area and coastline is magnificent and the walk to the beach is easy and well worth it.

Great to have a fire in the evening(in one of their fire pits only).

Having run their successful five-star B&B to much acclaim, the Georges decided to share their stunning corner of Monknash with the canvas contingent.

We are particularly suitable for families and couples.

Brook Paddock adjoins the campsite and is reserved for the exclusive use of visitors; a BBQ and Picnic area overlooking the pretty brook, 4 acres of secure paddock makes a happy environment for children to play ( when accompanied by an adult ) and enjoy.

Brilliant facilities and Glyn and Phillipa were wonderful to us and very, very nice people. Breath taking coastal walks and just ultimately a perfect holiday. Super facilities and very clean Well done - you are amazing hosts and took care of every detail, you set the bar very high for our tour of Wales I can't say enough about how wonderful our week at Monknash was.

Philippa and Glyn were the perfect hosts, really friendly, kind, welcoming.

The resulting campsite is a thoroughly chilled out, family-friendly site (not one for the stag or hen do!

), with views to savour, a brook to meditate beside and, of course, that breathtaking coastal path to pick up. Glyn and Philippa George offer you a warm welcome to Heritage Coast Campsite.

The beach of Cwm Nash was a 15-20 minute walk through lovely woodland.

Philippa advised us on walking the Heritage Coast and provided maps which took us on a fantastic 8 mile round trip which included Nash Point Lighthouse and St Donat's Castle & Church as well as 2 great pubs!

The site is in a perfect spot, next to the best pub in Wales (if you like cosy log fires, real ales - and it's Wales it's gonna rain and then you have the pub right there) and a stunning beach easily accessed via a magical woodland walk.
